The work includes 3D design, supply and installation of new bottom aeration equipment for two process tanks.
The delivery includes the following main components:
- 2 blower houses for tank sets.
- 4 Sulzer turbo compressors.
- Complete piping system including Egger Iris valves and ABB flow meters.
- 384 Aerostrip high-efficiency strip diffusers, EU-Q4.0 and EU-Q2.0.
- 12 platforms for mixers.
- 24 Sulzer mixers.
Egsmade wastewater treatment plant is a triple-channel plant that currently operates with surface aeration.
By converting to bottom aeration and installing efficient mixers, a significant reduction in energy consumption is expected. Egsmade wastewater treatment plant is designed to handle a load of 105,000 PE.
